Photo gallery: A Downtown Eastside Tour

A walk through a Downtown East Side neighbourhood is a difficult experience to forget. The eclectic group of characters that reside there represent Vancouver’s most diverse population. Some of Vancouver’s biggest challenges are showcased on the streets. Poverty and addiction are visible But there are signs of hope and improvement for the residents.
