Video: Creative candidates amuse audience

Mayoral candidates Peter Ladner (NPA) and Gregor Robertson (Vision Vancouver) both performed musical numbers at the Creative City Cabaret in Vancouver, a week before the civic election.

Held at the Roundhouse Community Centre, the event was put on by arts management group Left Right Minds as an attempt to raise awareness for the arts.

The NPA’s Peter Ladner performs a song he wrote about the pressures of public office, called “Because of You”.

Gregor Robertson is joined by Vision Vancouver council candidates Geoff Meggs and Heather Deal, in a song dedicated to Vision candidates in the election.
