I just returned from being away for two months to be greeted with some of the possessions of the clients of the shelter blocking our entrance to our parking garage. There is drug use across the lane from the shelter on the receiving docks of Lesley Stowe Fine food Ltd. There is drinking in the lane outside the shelter. These did not occur before. I have brought both up to the MPA and the City of vancouver representatives. Biggest question is why is the entrance to this needed shelter in the lane and not on 4th avenue?
