While a vegetarian diet has its benefits, simply replacing your chicken with chard isn’t enough. The key to proper vegetarianism is supplementing the nutrients lost when animal-based foods are removed.

Mike Green, Brooke Hykaway and Jessica Michielin take a bite out of the equation that vegetarianism automatically equals healthy.
